Quotations & Invoicing

Price Guarantee and Digital Confirmation

Following our onsite assessment, you will receive a comprehensive digital quotation via email. This serves as a formal record of the initial onsite estimate. We pride ourselves on price integrity: the quoted figure is fixed and will be honored for the duration of the project, provided the original scope of work remains unchanged. Any requested variations or additional project elements will be documented and approved via a written variation order prior to execution.

Transparent Invoicing

For your financial records and project tracking, On Course Property Restorations provides a structured two-stage invoicing process:

  1. Commencement Invoice: Issued upon project start (50% of the total contract value).

  2. Completion Invoice: Issued upon practical completion and final site handover (remaining 50%).

General Terms & Conditions

1. Standards and Compliance

All restoration works shall be executed in strict accordance with SPASA (Swimming Pool & Spa Association) Work Authority Standards and relevant Australian Building Codes. On Course Property Restorations guarantees that all onsite personnel are professionally trained applicators, skilled in specialized trade techniques and comprehensive WHS (Work Health & Safety) protocols.

2. Site Access and Preparation

It is the responsibility of the Client to provide clear and unobstructed site access for the duration of the project. The Client shall ensure that the work area is free of hazards and that any necessary permissions for heavy equipment or material delivery are secured prior to the commencement of works.

3. Payment Schedule

To secure project scheduling and material procurement, the following payment terms apply:

  • Commencement Progress Payment: A 50% deposit is required upon the first day of onsite works.

  • Final Completion Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon the practical completion of the contracted scope of work.

4. Safety and Professional Conduct

On Course Property Restorations maintains a high standard of professional site presence. All staff will be equipped with Work Authority Standard PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and high-visibility safety apparel. We operate with a commitment to site safety and trade awareness to minimize disruption to your property.

5. Waste Management and Disposal

While we maintain a clean worksite, the final disposal of empty epoxy canisters remains the responsibility of the Client. These canisters are categorized as non-hazardous once cured and may be legally disposed of via standard municipal council waste services. All other trade-related debris will be managed as per the specific project agreement.
